Using Atlantis Advisor safely and effectively

Audit Trail

The Audit Trail screen lets you investigate who changed what in the data, and when.

You can access this screen from either the Timetable product or the Covers product. In either case, it's at: "File > More > Audit trail".

When accessed from the Timetable product, you'll see a record of all changes to any timetable dataset (official or named version). However, you'll only see changes made on this server, so you might need to switch from A1 to A2 or vice versa to get the full picture.

When accessed from the Covers product, you can see any change made in the Covers product or in fact any product other than the Timetable product. Any change made on either server (A1 or A2) will be combined here.

In either case, you'll be able to filter the results by time/date-range, or by who did it (specified by their email address), or by putting search terms into the toolbar to do string searches. Search terms are case-insensitive.
